I am a licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S), a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), as well as a nationally certified counselor (NCC). I am currently licensed to practice counseling in the states of Louisiana, Arizona, Virginia, and Rhode Island. I am also a board-approved licensed counselor-supervisor, supervising provisionally licensed counselors in the state of Louisiana. My bachelor's degree is from Loyola University New Orleans, and my master's degree is from Xavier University of Louisiana. My passion stems from my parents and other family members who were social workers, mentors, advisors, and counselors.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Counseling modalities that I use include CBT, person-centered therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. With extensive training and experience in clinical counseling, I am equipped to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs.
